The PTƟ Standard offers a systemic set of principles and guidelines for the application of the PTƟ Know How.


PTƟ Know How is the foundation knowledge of all Methods, Trainings and Tools utilized by HSMƟ (Holistic Strategic Management Consultancy), Matrix-Q Know How, MQ9 Matrix-Quotient 9 Know How.

PTƟ is a nature inspired, holistic, synergetic and systemic know how.

PTƟ Core know how has been developed by the study of nature principles, rhythms, cycles and laws. DNA Generation Algorithms, as well by the study of the human factor (Human Potential, Stages of Development, Matrix-Quotient of Intelligence); and by the study of nature inspired know how and technology of ancient civilizations in ancient Eurasia: Europe, Nordic modern Eurasia (Russia, India, China, Japan, Egypt, Arabia, Persia, Asia).

PTƟ Know Know for strategic management creates a futurist and visionary bridge between ancient cultures and technology, current sustainable development global needs and modern holistic strategic management.

PTƟ Core applications have evolved since 1987 as tools and algorithms for self-management, assessment, quantification of value, project management, holistic strategic management, leadership, education, social management, scientific research, wealth generation, technology innovation, governance.

A Certificate describes the number of units of training, skills, level of application the certificate holder has for one or a set of tools.



A license gives to its holder the right to use (PTƟ User certificate) and the right to provide (Commercial or non commercial) the know how to third party (PTƟ Trainer, PTƟ Coach, PTƟ Consultant, PTƟ CXO).

(*) For example to provide services based on the use of PTƟ Tools to customers or utilize PTƟ Tools for the advancement of own organization.

To be a holder of a PTƟ License means to ensure capacity and skills for responsible application of PTƟ. [See Stichting Luis Daniel Maldonado Fonken by Laws: Right of Responsible use] For example, the knowledge and ability necessary to identify the conditions an organization must have before application of PTƟ Tools for self-management, change management or project management.

The core knowledge provide through the training programs for PTƟ User Certificate focus on Risk Management, and the ideal or minimmum conditions organizations or individuals must hold before application of PTƟ for them.

There are 3 modalities of evaluation:

  • Long distance program
  • Full immersion (3,6 or 9 continuouse days)
  • A set of Modules of 1 full day

The 3 programs are combined always with e-learning and e-forums, where e-coaching is provided and access to the e-library if granted.

The CXO Program (Internship) is as well an alternative modality for training and evaluation.

The evaluation includes (use of a score card, and rank):

  • Matrix-Q Intelligence Tests
  • Application Projects (Tasks, Experimentation)
  • Final Application Project
  • Publication
  • Rank Evaluation

For example for a Matrix-Q Education License, level zero, a full weekend immersion training may be enough as for the development of the necessary skills, receiving the information, of the tools and practice of the method and its guidelines for use. The training will be combined with an e-learning program and application tasks, reports the candidate will develop in following 3 months (at least) or upto 1 year.



Fees may vary according to evaluation modality, and know how the candidate applies for a licenses holder right.




A 9+ Stages of Gamified Experiential Training on PTƟ Know How, provided by the Stichting Luis Daniel Maldonado Fonken.

Students complete training modules, volunteer in real projects (Research Projects, Experiential Projects of the Matrix-Q Research Institute, Research Division of the Stichting Luis Daniel Maldonado Fonken) and their roles give to them the possibility of application.

Learning by doing, learning by playing, full immersion method: Matrix-Q Education.

Interns, through work-study contracts and participation in the business incubation projects, research projects, consultancy and education projects, develop tangible skills of application.



To Develop CXO Skills.

The CXO Program gives great value to 1.) experience on the field, 2.) strategic management skills and 3.) human potential (Matrix-Q Intelligence). Along the CXO Program students and interns complete skills and qualify for PTƟ User Certificates. (PTƟ Standard)




An alternative first stage in the PTƟ License path for the PTƟ User Certificate and licenses is the volunteer program, which gives to the candidates to explore in the know how and application benefits through volunteer commitment of no less than 9 hours per month. Also available online.




The HSMƟ Consultancy service offers as well evaluation and qualification of the human capital (human capital value assessment).

After evaluation the candidates to job positions receive a certificate on Matrix-Quotient of Intelligence and Verified Skills (Use of Matrix-Q Methods). The Certificate and reports are given to our customers, to help them in their human capital assessment process.



The human capital program is integrated to the volunteers and CXO Program. Interns that complete the CXO Program may join the Stichting Luis Daniel Maldonado Fonken (and/or its projects) as employees.
